Lighter hair and bigger eyes is almost a universal appeal. It's just that most european and russian descents a more extreme version of it. But not limited too. Like take a look at celebrities around the world. You'll notice that in every race, their biggest movie stars always have hair that is lighter than average and bigger bubbly eyes. I find myself liking those features too....but for me that's strickly eye candy...and completely physical. Some people are just more physical and find those features as sexy.
Personally I like dark haired boyish boys. Something about them makes my heart skip a beat. They match my emotional appeal and personality the most.
We all have our own taste!
