Altough Razer seems to have a bad rep, most problems have been fixed since V3 model came out. However as a Music player i would recomed teh LG Chocolate, it has a much better interface (for music) then the Razer. Also sound quality seems to be better from the LG. Also i find the Moto Razor tends to gather alot of Dust under the Screen, somethign that the Lg seems immune too. Lastly the Battery on the Lg is bigger wich i hope means longer play time between charges (tought i coulnt find anything on the web to show this). Hope this helped

As per my knowledge Moto Razr would be better than LG chocolate coz LG hasn't a good repute in the GSM market!
Don't heard of Verizon though!
