Most of the TV shows I watch were pre-recorded on my Dishnetwork DVR. I would like to be able to save shows (or parts of shows, like a single music video) to my computer's hard drive for permanent storage.

What i would love to do is to list streaming video, there is application like wm recorder which will do it. Then i'd want to move that to a video cd so i visit play it back on my dvd participant and watch it on my television.
