I have cousin who do nothing but cheat, still, and lye. Actually they do worse! The whole family needs help on how and what to do to stop these jack a..es. At first they took $2500 from my husband, then tried getting him fired, they stoll checks and wrote them in my name and I wound up paying the person back the money (I did get lucky on one part though the one who actually stoll went to jail) then one of the younger children went shopping with my daughter and stoll clothing and my daughter served probation time, they give and sell drugs to younger children, and now have set up a freind in the family so that they could get the child from her. This freind was living in California and they paid her way back to IL. saying they would twke care of her and do everything for her. Then take her child away (getting full custody) so that she has no visitation rights at all. This family deals weed, heron, meth, and more. Yet the police will do nothing, so how am I going to make them pay.

Why you would allow your daughter to go to shopping with one of their children when you knew what they are like is beyond me, unless you enjoy the drama or being the "good" family member by contrast because they are so horrible.
The thing to do is eliminate them from your life and get a restraining order to keep it that way. They are not going to change, but eventually they will get caught or rip/cross the wrong person and they will get what is coming to them.

I can understand where you feel a need for revenge, but it's not actually going to get you anywhere. Why stoop to their level?
Because there are children involved, you can anonymously call CPS (or DHS) and report the drug abuse & other illegal activities. Be sure to make clear that the children are in danger... their home will be visited (without notice) within 72 hours.
The social worker on the scene will ask to talk to the children first, then the parents... all individually.
The family won't even know for sure why they're being visited until the worker has spoken with everyone.
After that, I would just write these people off.
Discontinue contact... do not allow them in your home & don't go to theirs... no phone calls, no nothing.
Just keep your distance.
There's nothing else to do, you know?

When my cousin stole a few hundred from my grandma (not the first time), I made sure the family knew about it at Holidays, I said, "Grandma! Your purse is in so and so view you may want to put it in hiding" in front of everyone. My brother in law actually took away his sisters child saying the mom sexually molested her daughter at 4 months old not true by the way, I always tell my kids to stay away from my brother in laws family because they may lie and say something to have them live with them in front of everyone. I'm not saying this is the best way, but I noticed them looking down in shame.

To get back at them try stealing from them. Possibly steal some of their drugs if you can and report it to the police as evidence. They will begin to have suspicions for your cousins and do a little surveillance. Try to get them to talk about the drugs and record it, that will probably work. Or you can try to catch them in the act. You can mess up their business for instance switch up their heroin with flour...........only the users will know. But I'll let you think of some ideas, because when dealing with family like that it is not hard to get them in trouble. So sit there and think and I promise you that you will come up with a lot of ideas.

I would get access to a Law Firm in your State and have legal protection. Try the sites below and watch the movies.

If you cannot get the police to prosecute, you can always try to go after them in civil court. It's going to be a long complex and expensive battle, so find a lawyer and get ready to see everything dragged through the mud.

You don't. Making them pay is bringing yourself down to thier level. You are much to nice to do that.
Just forget them and write off, on your income taxes as a bad debt, any money or property you loaned to them and they have not paid back.

the cops won't help , I doubt that . Just set up a deal and have the cops wait for them . If they fail to bust them call your local paper and tell them your story . Or call in a fake domestic dispute from the house they are dealing from , they will show up and hopefully take action .

Set them up once and for all, let their backstabbing hit their back. You need a very very nice plan though.
