I'm 15 and I currently live in USA and i want to play cricket for India. How can i join the team i need suggestions.

Get moving to a cricket playing nation first. then practice diligently and under a good technical supervision. Then pray things work out and that the bunch of jokers (=selectors) spot you (be visible somehow). Staying in USA is the worst thing for this pursuit. But be prepared for helluva lot of disappointments, in this part of world it is as passionate as the religion - a real opium of the mass. People lose lives for this game (a loss can be really heartbreaking - read latest news of a coach dying of heartbreak)

Go back to india as soon as possible and join the cricket academy in Bangalore or Calcutta. Since you live in USA I presume that your parents can support you financially and even affort to bribe some middlemen to find a spot in domestic tournaments. If god willing you may get a place in team india like parthiv patel did.

There are many universities where cricket is played (
ofcourse by south asian cricfanatics!!!!!)
Just google or contact your local hindu temple / mosque / sikh temple and ask - you will get leads..
If you have south asians living close by ask them and start playing.. generally in USA you wont find high schoolers playing cricket. It starts at the undergrad level, when students from cricket playing countries come to study in local universities and form teams and start playing..
And if you play well, the closest stop for you is Canada.. and u can start off from there

Good Ambition! I like it. U have to migrate to India. Play matches for district, then be selected for the state team & then must play impressive to attract CCI(Cricket club of India). Based on ur score they wil select u into Indian team.

come over here and get some good coaching.you will have to play in zonal levels then state level and thennational level thereif you are selected will be able to play for the country.
i'm also a cricket fan and i'm selected for zonal levels.

dude don't be a cricketer ..... its a boring game ...play baseball or basket ball.... even football is better for you.
only people who don't have any thing to play will play cricket.
