I adopted a poppy a week ago, he broke his leg and needs surgery. Is there any way to get help pay? $1800?

Hi is in the hospital now and they want to operate tomorrow. I don't have the money, insurance will cover $500, so I'll be responsible for $1300. I don't want to sent him back to a shelter. Please help.

Your poppy broke it's stem? Just plant another one. They grow quickly.

Try talking with the vet about setting up a payment plan. The vet I work with is very helpful about such matters.
