How many people would it take to administrate a website like myspace or youtube?

The basic layout/format of the website wouldn't change, just new profiles from users, and the images/videos/audio they upload. Could it be ran from a virtual server, I'm expecting about 10,000 hits per day.

u dont need many people just good equipment
thats gonna take alot of upload / download per day
