Some Sony Vaios have a port of memory cards, if not you'll have to buy a memory card reader and plug it into your USB drive or something.

Do you have the Sony Memory Stick? If so, does the laptop have a Memory Stick slot? If not, you need to get a USB card reader that reads Memory Sticks and plug it into your USB port.

Not enough details given... What kind of memory card does your phone use and does your Sony Vaio have a multi-card reader that can read this type of memory card?

you will proberly need to buy a usb memory card reader since most laptops dont have the connection interface for the sd cards.
