Nope. The PC brigade have made it almost socially unacceptable to be 'normal' The overwhelming majority (if they were honest) still find homosexuality sickening.

That depends. If they are flaming queers trying to openly flaunt being that way, then no.
If they behave normally, then yes. After all, most straight people dont slobber all over each other wherever they want to.
I know a couple (women) that are truly great people, they are happy to be with each other and dont feel the need to publicly display their relationship.
What I'm sick of is the Left trying to force homosexuality into virtually every aspect of our lives. I dont care what they say, I have as much right NOT to be bombarded with it day after day.

Why is your question in quotation marks?
What IS your question anyway? Are you asking whether our society currently accepts the notion of homosexuality? Some do, some don't.
Are you asking if society SHOULD accept homosexuals as citizens with equal rights? Of course. Don't be foolish.

Currently society is divided on the issue, but there was a time in the US when interracial marriage was considered unacceptable, and think of how ridiculous that seems today. The times they are a changin'. Equal human rights should be more of a priority in the US than they are.

besides the fact that. Why ought to you project approximately offending people each and every of the time? merely write the paper. i do no longer care in case you call me dyke, queer, fag, gay or besides the fact that else. so long because of the fact the define is met. some people won't agree and could be indignant, yet actually, can each and every guy or woman bypass everywhere without being indignant at the instant? while you're writing a sturdy piece, offending somebody isn't something you need to be irritating approximately, exceedingly in the project of sociology. PCness is literary fascism.

Absolutely not. Lets be realistic here, those who are homosexual are never seen as socially acceptable. Whether it may be in school or in the workplace. Unless the majority of the population suddenly switches then it will be, but it will never become that way.
