Wendy's employees are rude, do not care to please customers, or provide fast service. It is a shame that many of their managers act the same way.
I just had a last meal there and never again will I stop there.
I did try to contact the customer department and they have not given me an answer. Well, there are many choices out there.
So long Wendy!

Detroit huh? used to live there, never had a prob out there but however. Now I live in Dearborn Heights and the Wendy's out here....I heard some stuff. Someone I knew used to work there and said one of the employees stepped in the vat of chili and there boot came off in it....EWWWWWWWWW they still served it. Never ate at that one again. Its management.. they would rather turn there job into a hangout where everyone is cool with each other, rather than take their job seriously. Unfortunately alot of people think they dont have to take their job seriously because they work in a fast food restaurant. It really p*55e5 me off. I could tell you some stories at a Big Boy in Taylor that would make you think twice about ever eating out again.

The Wendy's in Troy at Wattles (17 mile) and Rochester Road is the best Wendy's around. Their food is always fresh, hot and the staff is courteous.

Its a shame i know, if u go inside the store instead of calling to talk to the manager u will get a better result. I agree with u on the service and attitude of the staff, although mcdonald's staff aren't much better, but wendy's food is so far superior to mcdonalds i put up with the crappy service for it! its my favorite, hands down!

Sorry about your experience. I have eaten at Wendys a lot of times, and the employees were very nice to us. Their food is delicious, but anyway, we haven't found anything wrong with the one I go to in Somerset, NJ.

I complained to Wendy's about an order mix-up and got coupons for two free meals! Try again at wendys.com.

I'm trying my best to stay away from fast food. i don't think it;s just Wendys, I think it;s just fast food in general. low paying jobs that make you smell like grease for the rest of the day wouldn't make me a happy camper either.

I can't give up my monthly Frosty fix! But then again, I used to work at one and of the ones I've visited, I haven't stumbled across the kind of people you have. If I ever do, I'll be singing a different tune.
