I got hit by a guy that spung at the intersection and he simply turn around and speed off, where can I check his license plate number?

The Drivers Privacy Protection Act prohibits the release of motor vehicle data to the public at large. Report the accident, with the license plate number if you have it, to the police and your insurance company.

if you got his number,take it to the police and tell them what he did and they will run his number through dmv and they will find out who the jerk is.they will catch him if they have to put a all points out on him.
