No, my dad use to make that for me, it was grape jelly actually with cheddar cheese on toasted bread, it was good and still is, I think I'll make one for breakfast tomorrow!

Nothing wrong with that at all..I dont eat cheese and jam sandwiches myself but if something takes your fancy then why the hell not...i like to have peanut butter and honey or jam on fresh made irish soda bread while its still warm..Nothing beats it and as long as you are getting nutrition from it what concern is it of anyone elses..enjoy your sandwiches ;o)

Y'know, in Germany it's common to put jam and cheese together on toast. I've tried it, it's okay... then again, cheese cake isn't strictly made of cheese is it?

Maybe people have other reasons for thinking you're wierd? Pay no attention, there's enough bad feeling in the world...

That's not weird. Its brill if you grill the cheese first then pop the jam on. Toast with butter and sugar on is yummy too. But if trying this let the butter melt before adding sugar.

I don't think it is weird at all!
I have had extra sharp cheddar with apricot jam on sourdough toasted! It's delicious! People should try things before they say they don't care for them!

One final thought, let everyone enjoy the foods they wish to eat!

Not at all, I love them too. Better still are toasted cheese and jam sandwiches, but be careful the hot jam doesn't burn your mouth.

That sounds weird, but I'm sure it tastes fine. I eat weird things sometimes. I like:
Balogna, mayo, and potatochip sandwiches.
Peanutbutter and banana sandwiches.
French fries dipped in Wendy's frosty's.
Chicken nuggets with pickles.
One time I even ate pickles with icecream.

Everyone has weird food cravings and likes. But that's life. Who cares what other people think as long as you're happy eating what you eat.

EAT IT ALL UP! is what I say, thats like people who eat fries and ice cream, pickles on sandwiches, olives in salads, banana and ice cream.

Most people are just scared of what they dont know.
ENJOY YOUR CHEESE AND JAM!

I think it's pretty interesting. I used to eat peanut butter and Blackburn syrup on a sandwich. It's all about what you like. Don't let other people dictate everything that you eat based on what they do and don't like.

P.S. You just gave me an idea
