Of course there are silly! There are black people living everywhere - not just certain countries. Tho, there's not a lot of them so much in Scandanavia, as it's pretty far-removed from the rest of the European continent. Most people in Scandanvia are locals. Not a whole lot of people emmigrate to Finland because Scandanavia is very expensive and very far north. The winters can be very harsh depending on where you're living, and I don't mean offense, but if you are used to a more mild climate - you might be put-off by the long Scandanvian winter. (WITH the exception of Refugees. I just saw a lady from Finland on "Oprah" the other day saying that Finland had a very generous immigration policy, and they had a high influx of refugees coming from all over the world) I'm not sure what they refer to themselves as, but I had to laugh at "Afro-Finns".

Certain parts of Europe (such as Finland) are very liberal (in a good way: an open minded way) and aren't as painfully "Polically Correct", so I'm sure they don't use silly titles like that. They probably just refer to them from whatever country they are a citzen of: Such as British, Austrialians, American, etc.... If they are a citzen of Finland, they would i guess, simply be called: "Finnish".

Yes there are.A few thousand refugees from Somalia and less of others from elsewhere Africa. Finland has one of the smallest numbers of foreigners in general and blacks in particular living there. But of course there are also some American basketball players, some doctors, politicians -but not many all in all. If you count a few 1000 per 5.1 million people, you get a pretty small number.

one in 15? I go to Europe once or twice a year, with the exception of England, France, Italy, Spain I could count the number of black people I saw on my last 3 week trip on one finger.
