If you drafted these guys early then it's a decent staff, not great. If you drafted these guys during the latter part of your draft then you did a pretty good job.
Keep an eye on Lidge's performance early. He was real disappointing last season. Chances are you'll be dropping Weathers sometime this season. Pay attention to what's going on in Boston as they will be spending the first month and a half trying to figure out who'll be their closer for the season.
If Sheets stays healthy you've got a good 1-2 punch with Carpenter. Millwood, Arroyo, Contreras, and even Harang and Lilly will give you a lot of solid numbers. You just have to wonder whether Harang can duplicate last season's performance and if Lilly will do alright in the "friendly" confines of Wrigley Field.

i think of that's a three way race between the Phillies with Halladay, Lee and Hamels; Tampa with cost, Shields, Moore, Niemann and Hellickson and Anaheim with Weaver, Santana, Wilson and Haren. The Giants group is physically powerful a million, 2 yet after Lincecum and Cain, Bumgarner and Zito bypass away a touch to be needed.

A+ staff, it has no weaknesses.Carpenter is among the best in the game and everyone else is always very good.
