Looks more like a cut and paste of an exam question to me... in which case I'd consider seeking answers here to be cheating.

Anytime I see "read and discuss" it sounds like a homework assignment. And the value of the process is that you can read and understand the legal issues involved in a case.

Now, if you have specific questions, or are unable to understand specific legal issues that are raised, I'm sure that a number of people would be willing to help.
