After so many things that have happened, I've longed to be the original fun-loving and cheerful Yukiko I used to be.
Things have been falling out of place.., getting out of ryhthm.

I was so happy today when each minute i was slowly realizing my vision the other night..
like, waking up early in the morning...having that cup of coffee and trying not convince anyone to accompany me to the park, and biking.
I felt free..every push on the pedal, every shift of gear reinforced the new found confidence (no self confidence issue here) but I felt different. and It felt good.

Enjoying the sunshine...

I thought that was true for a good long while... I still try to tell myself that it is. That I'm 100% self sufficient and I don't need anyone.

The truth is... that we all do. We need people to share our lives with. It's human nature. We've got a natural dependancy on sociological interaction, the need to be acknowledged, seen, heard, touched.

You can escape it for a while, but it has a way of reminding you that it's there.

It's true to the most detailed extent. Being happy is not a fact that could be distinctively defined and varies by individual to individual. Happiness may be a feeling of pleasure, content, safety, success and many more.

Considering your statements as the case;
"Your happiness is meant by the activities you do, by the dawn of a new day"--Yukiko

Happiness depends upon individuals.

Some prefer to be
- alone, less troubled by others, do their own work on their own
- groups, always in and around with friends, neighbours, relatives or any one known to them

The element of happiness depends on the character of the individual. Not everything will suit everyone, not anything will be liked by everyone. Some may prefer colourful matters, while some may prefer bold and distinct matters such as in black and white.

Hobbies and interests are one other aspect that would make a man (human kind) happy or in other words keep them entertained.

Some may be grumpy when they are not with the things, people, values, colours, cultures, work-patterns they like. It totally depends on the person's nature. Charles Darwins theory of "evolution" has always pivoted around one major element named 'adaptation'. If the world changes, change along with the world (for the positivity of the worlds betterment).

If you think you could be happy with a person you love, like, respect the most you could be happy (but then comes the issue of the dear departed!), or else even living a calm and silent life with little tolerance levels necessitated in a life totally belonged to yourself would also be preferred and accepted as happiness .

That's Right! played the right card Yukiko, as you say, 'everything you need to make you happy in this world is inside you?'--Sacrifice and determination towards achieving what you like, or simply utilizing the theory of Charles Darwin. If one cannot sacrifice his time towards achieving something that he likes the most, he will see little or even no opportunity, (unless the books have already written him a big quota of wealth to be won in a lottery) towards his determination.

You are coming into self-realization. Discovering who you truly are. Your true self never forgets, but it is suppressed in most people's lives because of the outside world. The outside world is constantly throwing suggestions at us on who to be, how to act, what's normal. We begin to mold ourselves to these suggestions, because we look at fitting in as a necessity for survival in this world. It's almost an unconscious thing. We don't even realize that from the minute we are born, we are being molded into what society expects of us. The teachings of our parents, school, the media, is constantly telling us what is right for us and what isn't, from the day we are born. The veil gets pulled over our eyes, and we become used to seeing only the surface of life, what society wants us to see. We begin to beleive that we need certain things society is telling us for survival. We forget who our true self is, and how immense and deep, and limitless life actually is, and how powerful our own human minds are. When you start to see your true self again, it's such a peaceful and indescribable moment, because you realize that you don't need ANYTHING to survive. All the answers to life are already within you, you have just forgotten them. Have you ever had the experience where you faced a problem, and asked for advice. The answer you got was something that just seemed so simple, and you think "Why did I not think of that before?" It feels like you already had the answer, you just couldn't quite think of it for some reason. It is because you DID already have the answer, this person only reminded you of the answer. They caused a bit of your true self to rise up to the surface again. Go with what your feeling now. That's wonderful that you are beginning to realize these things. It's the answer to happiness within all human beings. Experience life-true life- that is our true purpose.

It's true, if you have the self confidence. But, in turn, can you pass that self confidence on to someone else? So many people are lacking in that trait and could need your help. There is so much want and need in this world for such a feeling. Feeling lost and confused is something that is hard to shake until you find yourself and believe in yourself. Tell us more of what made you come to such realization.

You have found true happiness.

Bask in it as long as you can. Usually, this feeling will fade away in awhile.

But, since you did experience it, you now know the path.

You can choose to venture back any time.
