The girls' names are not a good idea,except maybe Michelle.The boys' names are good,I like Austin, Michael, Dillon and James but don't make them 'double names'.Alone they are much better.

Lailyah Rain (lay-la) - Nice name, but dislike the spelling. Stick with a more straight forward spelling.
Caytessa Michelle (ka-tes-ah) - ok
Boys:
Austin Micheal - nice
Dillion James - Dylan instead of Dillion
Jaylynn Micheal (jay-lin) - no on Jaylynn

Lailyah Rain--Since you're pronouncing it LAY-la, I'd definitely spell it Leila. I think that Leila looks prettier than Lailyah. When I first saw Lailyah, I thought it was pronounced Layl-yuh. Rain is not my style, but it's alright as a middle name. I'd also add an 'e'. Leila Raine... Oh and there's also the spelling Layla, but I still like Leila best.
Caytessa Michelle--Caytessa is very unique, I've never heard it before... I'd probably leave of the y, because then it looks like (kay-tess-uh), so Catessa. And Tessa is a cute nickname =) I love Michelle, especially as a middle name.
Austin Micheal--I love them together, the only thing I'd change is the spelling of Micheal to Michael (which is my #1 favorite boys name). I also kind of like Michael Austin.
Dillion James--Is Dillion pronounced like Dylan or dill-ee-un? Either way, I don't like it... I LOVE James, one of my favorite names ever. What about James Dillion?
Jaylynn Michael--Jaylynn seems really girly in my opinion, and I'd spell it Jaylin or Jailyn or Jaylen. I've already said Michael.
