Try putting some cooking oil in your hand and about a teaspoon full of sugar and using it as a scrub. No harsh chemicals and I know it removes hair color off of your hands so it's worth a try.

Witch hazel (look in the face cleaning area of your local grocery store or Walmart) mixed with any antibaterial soap will get any stain off your hands. I use to do punk hair dyes and that's how I always got it off. Do not use turpentine it will make your hands cracked and dry and can burn you.

Take a shower. Most anything comes off hands when you're shampooing your hair (no, it doesn't stay in your hair). Keep washing your hands, and try nail polish remover, etc.
Next time, put the vinegar & dye mix (or whatever you use) in cups, and use spoons to dip the eggs in and out.

I used bleach. It came right off. If you skin is sensitive, dilute it with water and soak a while. If your skin feels dry afterward, use lotion. Bleach will take the dye off the counters and walls quickly and easily
