There are several steps to save it, but it all depends on how much money do you want to spend.

I had a very bad day with my hair stylist a couple of years ago when he completely screw my hair up, so I had to find a cheap way (I am a student) to keep my hair on my head.

Mom gave me a couple of advises since her hair is beautiful, so if you want to try it please be my guest.

*. use a shampoo and conditioner but always separately. Never 2-in-1 or anything like that.

*. use shampoo and conditioner that contain honey of any kind.

*. Never use a hair dryer!!! If you have to use it - never on HOT!!!

*. !f you swim never cover your hair with a swimming cup.

*. Trim a little bit off once in 8-10 weeks.

*. This is homemade: during spring time collect birch leaves (1 cup of fresh leaves per 0.5 gallon of water); rinse your hair with it, it makes hair kind of shiny and pump it with vitamins.

*. if you have long hair braid it before you go to bed and use a piece of cotton to secure the braids.

*. do not use combs or brushes that have metal in them, try to buy wooden combs and natural brushes.

*. Once a week have a hair mask. The best is "Arbonne Intelligence Thermal Fusion Hair & Scalp Revitalizer".

Try to buy it cheaper on www.ebay.com.

Good luck.

If you see it falling, just step aside. But don't worry too much, if you get hit by the falling hair, it isn't too painful.

Eating healthy. Don't shampoo your hair everyday. Dilute your shampoo with water cause the chemical maybe too concentrated for your hair.

I stand on my head for five minutes a day. As you get older the blood finds it hard to get to the top of the body, so i give it some help. Mad but true

Why worry? If they are really falling badly, they will not fall for long.
