While you are on myspace, go to account setting then click on privacy setting then click on no picture forward.

I dont think you can do that, but the best thing you can do is put names on your picture that would identify you and your kids name.

when you put something on a website like My Space, You Tube, ect... they become public domain. you'll have to copy right them to keep them from being "used".
