...a friend doesn't reply to your text message? if they have no credit, then i can understand but it really gets on my nerves when they don't reply althought they have credit.
does anyone else find this annoying?

Yes, and why do so many people run out of credit all the time? It's really annoying. I always make sure I have enough credit and get some straight away if I'm low

I hate text messages altogether. Its like the government stealthily found a way to make 1984's doubletalk come true. My dad texts me every day and I never reply. Just encourages the emotionless crapola communication that I loathe.

depends on what the text message is. If someone texts me "be there soon" or something, I don't respond, but if they say something like "what u doin tonite?" I respond. If my girlfriend texts me x's and o's, sometimes I respond, sometimes not. Depends on if I'm busy or not.
But yeah, if I text someone a question and they don't text back I find it a little annoying.

I dun message but i call them directly, messages are just for me to inform important things to them. Not the message that only just contain 1 word like lol, haha, ya, =X things. But its quite annoying when they don't reply because you are afraid that you might had offended them.

Why? Maybe they have a life and more important things to do than replying to your text messages. Are your messages of vital importance? Are you so important that everyone else should drop whatever they are doing to reply to you?
If it is so important, phone them.

Thank you, thank you, thank you - it really annoys me that I text people and they dont reply (with credit) - makes me think what I am doing having mates like that in the first place - its so ......annoying.

yes ugh but sometimes i do that when i tell them i have to go but they keep txting you ba ck ugh. but when they dont txt back yes i get really mad because its like u there and then u fill up there message box with like 20 of them. but when they eventually txt back or something like that i txt them back an dwhen they text back i dont txt back. what goes around comes around!!!!!!!!!! lol
except when like there at school or something i think well maybe they got there phone taken away or the teacher is right there huvering over them but oh well.

I don't really find it that annoying. If that person really had something to tell me, they'd call me. The thing with text messages is that they're easy to ignore and/or forget about.

Ben...you never know what is going on in other people's lives that might have prevented them from replying. Just suppose they've just received bad news, for example? Be cool , friend.
