=== How many hours do you work in the showroom? If you work less hours, you can go for a part-time job which can fetch you few more rupees.
=== If you are good in English, you can try for a contact centre job(if you are willing to work in shifts).
=== Get a graduation degree by postal/correspondence, such that, atleast after 2-3 years you dont find yourself in the same position.

If you want to improve your salary one thing I want to bring into your notice which is very important that improve your study level by joining correspondence courses, part time. with this your job will also not be effected.
In in beginning it will be tough but you will receive the fruit slowly and slowly.
Improve you accent in English and also keep yourself known to the current affairs and the latest in the subject in which you have to deal every day.
It is no doubt a good start for you and you can only succeed in todays corporate and multi-nationals if you have the knowledge and capability to communicate and be upto date.
