What "clues" from previous HP books (maybe some we've overlooked) will be pertinent to this one? For instance, there've been questions on here about what objects Voldemort put his "soul" into. What other clues from 1 - 6 will pop up here? And how will they be important?
Examples: the mirror from book 5; the memory thing in Dumbledore's office, etc.
All speculations welcome!

Snape turns out to be a good guy. I read the last book 3 times and I am convinced of it. Would not surprise me if he sacrifices his life to save Harry's in the end.

I think we'll find that Voldemort took something from Godrics Hollow to use as a Horcrux cuz Harry's dad was a decendant of Griffindor. (clue in Chamber of Secrets It takes a true Griffindor to pull that out of the hat, I don't think anyone but Harry could have used the sword)

Whatever has been made into a horcrux is related to the four establishers of Hogwarts.Harry would use lucky charm, pensieve,polyjuice potion and find out who kept changed the real locket horcrux, to find the other one and destory them.
His friends (Ron, Hermionne, Ginnie,etc.)the order and his rest wellwisher including Slughorn and McGonagal shall help him directly or indirectly.He will try to extract information from Borgin and Burkes.
