i used the clear plan fertility monitor, we had a few days of high then on day 18 we were are peak for 2 days, so we tried i took a preg test on day 26 (8 days later) and it was neg. on that same day i had eggwhite cervical fluid and my husband said we were high, soft, open and wet. can anyone figure this out? if we had already ov on day 18/19 then i shouldnt be having this fertile mucus now, would i or could i? when i went to the ob-day 16 she said yes to all, open, soft, fertile cervical mucus, the monitor does work as we were preg a month ago and had a miscarriage, now that we are trying again, it seems odd for the monitor and now. any suggestions would be great...

my dr said we could start trying after my f/up and i had that on day 16. she did say that normally they want you to have 1 cycle before trying again, but with the monitor you know when you ovulated, they can date the preg that way or by ultra sound, i was given the green light

to the person who asked--you can buy the monitor at any drug store or online, you will also need the test sticks.

If you just had a miscarriage, chances are very good that your cycle is off a little. I'd go ahead and try for a baby anytime you see the egg white mucus - but keep in mind that sometimes semen can resemble the egg white the day after.

Well, first I can tell you that the monitor is right 99% of the time. Also you should wait at least 2 periods before you try again. With any pregnancy loss. Regardless of how far along you were. As per my ob and other doctors. Any way I wish you luck I just found I was 6 weeks pregnant the other day and I lost a baby in late October at 6 months pregnant so it will happen be patient and don't rush or you could find out you are going to be having more miscarriages do to not waiting. Good Luck!

Hello...I used the clearplan monitor and I'm a nurse also. It may just be too early to be checking. Try checking again in a few days. We had good results with our fertility monitor. Good luck to you..:-)
