i am in the 8th grade but the coach is my math teacher and he is a different race than me and i am the only white person in the class and i am failing but i get A's on all my papers but my progress report comes out F's what do i do

Anything you set your mind out to do, you go and do it. If you love something like wrestling, then you go and do it despite what anyone says.
As far as the grades make the extra effort to ensure that your grades won't hinder you from playing sports.

This math teacher/coach is discriminating against you, maybe more because you're a girl than a different race. First thing I would do is bring your grades up. Prove to the adults that you can do your work and an extracurricular activity. Then appeal to a counsellor or your parents on getting you on the team for high school. I've seen many girls on high school wrestling teams. Good luck!

Sweetheart, don't let some sexist coach tell you what u can or can't do! If u want to wrestle u go for it! Don't quit just because he said ur a girl! That is an even bigger reason for you to continue wrestling and prove to him that you can be as good as the guys! ROCK ON GIRL!

Appeal this to your couselor and then if that does not resolve the issue go to the principal. You need to make sure that you are treated fairly. You cannot be rejected from the wrestling team simply because you are a girl. That is called sexual discrimination. Make sure that you use that phrase if push comes to shove. Take your homework to the school principal and show him your grads, then get him to talk to the teacher about your report card. Finally, talk to different teachers and find one who might be willing to coach a girls wrestling team. Good luck.

Girl, don't give up your dreams. If you wanna wrestle stick with your dreams. If need to switch schools just to get away from this teacher whose probably grading you unfairly just to keep you off the team, do that immediately.

Dont listen to him ,follow ur heart.I think female wrestlers r cool and sexy. Also when i was at school i wanted to do cookery and languages and they wouldnt let me. Now in later life they r my some of my strenghths. So keep up the wrestling baby,good luck.

well iam gonna be honest with you look if you love to wrestle and someone tells you that you cant wrestle you know what you say yeah yeah okay and dont even listen to what they say and look you know the saying if you love something dont give up on it dont give up on wrestling if you love it so much.

There are a lot of women wrestlers tell your coach you'll sue him on the grounds of sexual discrimination if he doesn't let you on the team.
