Pros: No periods, no unwanted pregnancies, no risk of uterine cancer, no risk of irregular or uncontrollable menses.
Cons: Hysterectomy can effect all your surrounding pelvic organs because the ligaments that support and hold your uterus in place will be severed and those other organs can then shift and prolapse.
You can suffer from urinary or fecal incontinence.
You can have surgical damage (i.e., cutting) to surrounding organs.
If you're having a complete hysterectomy (removal of ovaries as well), then you'll go through immediate and premature menopause, which will probably require HRT (leaving you susceptible to other types of cancers).
Please talk to your doctor and your surgeon and maybe get a 2nd, 3rd, or even a 4th opinion before going through with this. Organ removal is EXTREME at 28. Unless there is absolutely NO alternative, then I would recommend not going through with it.

Hypothyroidism is usually quite easy to treat (for most people)! I definetly cure my Hypothyroid disease using this program http://treatment-hypothyroidism.keysolve.net
Some patients will notice a slight reduction in symptoms within 1 to 2 weeks, but the full metabolic response to thyroid hormone therapy is often delayed for a month or two before the patient feels completely normal. It is important that the correct amount of thyroid hormone is used. My friend treated the disease by using natural ways through a e book which provide healthy diet and suitable exercise so you can refer to here for more information:

Music enables you to eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage someone to take time over your food, so you consume more foodstuff. So, switch off – silence will make you more aware of what you’re investing in your mouth.

There are other methods to treat fibroid tumors other than a Hystorectomy. Look for a good OB-GYN who will treat the problem, not take your insides away from you. Keep looking until you get the answers you want and the treatment that will benefit you for your age.

Do your trips to market with a list and a time limit; that way, you're less likely to stray into the processed foods section.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back for seconds. But hang on! Stop for the minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that finally plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Use a vegetable bean dip like hummus instead of ranch dressing or maybe a fatty cream-based dip.
