What's the reason for selling? (Investment or Moving)
Housing seems to be near the 80% all time high's and is ripe to sell before the real estate crashes (USA & England). You should be able to get top Euro for the property if its in good condition, and a good location.
However, if this is your only house then as a home owner, you'll break even regardless of what you do. You'll sell and get top Euro ... but you'll also be buying at top Euro. See, if you are exchanging (selling & buying) then the true value is in your comfort in your new living arrangements (quality, location, & lifestyle).

It's always a good time to sell a house. For a house for sale, there are thousands of takers. Prices may fluctuate slightly due to short term economic factors or factors such as distance to shool, neigbourhood, safety, parks, pollution; noise, etc.
It's good to sell and make a profit, but then you have to buy elsewhere.

England, and America, Spain and Australia are due for a correction. I think it is a good time to sell only if you are emigrating and can take advantage of the strong pound and relative cheapness of other countries.

House sales have been rising, especially with the increase of inflation! Maybe wait one more month and then sell your house because by then you know the government will increase interest rates to decrease inflation in order to stop the growth of the economy.

Yep. House prices are either a) going to drop by the end of the year, or b) if they do increase they won't increase by much.
Your house in Southampton? It any good? I'm looking to buy one.
