no not at all you don't need any graphic card.

A seprate graphics card can do nothing but help you with everything, from better graphics to faster processing.
To answer your question directly no you do not need a graphics card to view youtube.

No... not at all. Youtube's videos probably use somewhere in the area of 512kb of video memory in addition to what windows is using. It's negligable. You don't need a high end graphics card to view youtube videos. If you're seeing slow performance, it's probably a flash player issue, or maybe you need to upgrade your RAM or CPU.

Onboard graphics should be fine.

If you cannot view youtube, you probably need to install flash or whatever Youtube uses to display their video.
