Someone already has the right answer, but according to the classic 7 deadly sins, one sin is the most original and deadliest since it is what starts all the other sins.
1. Lust
2. Gluttony
3. Greed
4. Sloth
5. Wrath
6. Envy
7. Pride

Pride is generally considered to be the most deadly of the seven.
BUT>>>>
it is also stated in the bible that blaspheme against god is unforgivable
I can give you the scriptures if you like, I don't post them unless someone asks for them directly

The 7 Deadly Sins are not from any religion. They are from Chauser's, "Canterberry Tales."

Listed in the same order used by both Pope Gregory the Great (b.540(?), d.604) in the 6th Century AD and later by Dante Alighieri in his epic poem The Divine Comedy (c.1308-1321):
1 Lust (not so bad, course it all depends who for- but it's built-in)
2 Gluttony (will kill you eventually, but slowly)
3 Greed (only when taken to extreme.)
4 Sloth (not so bad again. it's your life)
***5 Wrath (this one gets my vote. )
6 Envy (a little is normal, but not healthy)
7 Pride (a little is normal, and helps people with thier confidence)

The most deadly is greed as it clouds your judgment for the rest.
Lust and sloth are not that bad, anger and pride come and go, gluttony is hit and miss for people (and I always forget number 7, but it's not that bad)

Pride. It's a spiritual sin unlike lust or gluttony and even angels are susceptible to spiritual sin. It is the source of all evil as it was the sin of Lucifer.

PRIDE. Pride is the root sin. The pride of Lucifer caused one third of heaven to fall. With out pride there is no lust or greed, or glutony, or vanity.

sin is any act against the Word and Will of God... all sin is sin... The Good News is that the sin debt of all of mankind has been paid... it is not sin that keeps any one out of Heaven.... those who reject God will, ultimatly, be rejected by God... and eternaly seperated from him.
