Not always... I think there's more to it than astrology, though... I have a twin brother (we're Gemini, actually!) and have the same natal chart (except for the brief time difference) and he's nothing like me, yet I fit the Gemini description to a T... then again, some of the "[sign] in [house]" seems a bit contradictory.

Not always...I personally think we choose to share our lives with certain people, and may choose to share several lives with the same soul(s). But I also think we come into this life with lessons that we need or want to learn, so often we will surround ourselves with those people that we feel will help us the most in our journey(s). Sometimes this can mean co-existing with people on totally the opposite side of the personality spectrum. For example, someone who comes into this life wanting to learn tolerance may choose to have person(s) around them that demand a lot of their time or are stubborn or strong-charactered. So we may actually choose to have conflicting personalities or signs in our lives to help us grow spiritually. Really makes you think about the people in your life, doesn't it? And how many times have you said or heard people talk about how they didn't choose to be born into this or that family because there's that one person who drives them crazy or is just so totally different from them??
I know in my life I am definitely more aware of the unique personalities we sometimes choose to surround ourselves with. Both my husband and I are Virgos, and we have a Leo son and a Taurus daughter. A few of their personality traits are similar and comparable to ours, but they are very different in a lot of ways and I wouldn't say that we are always compatible with eachother. I guess my hubby and I really felt we needed some very independent, often stubborn, strong-willed people to push us around a bit (LOL!). Hope this helped and good luck to you!!

I am not sure.I am a Taurus and my husband is a Scorpio.Our daughter is also a Taurus,but she is SO much more like her dad than like me.Why is this?
