I'm in tampa florida too. I got mine done on hillsborough and 30th. I forgot the name. They did mine for $25.. but i know the guy. He will probably do it for $35 but if you flirt you might get it for cheaper ; ) and it hasn't gotten infected and the ball is not too tight. I love it!
