My sister is dragging this out it has been almost 2 years and now she is hiding assests and my attorney has done nothing to help me. I wish I didn't need the money but the fact is I do.....

Perhaps your father did not leave any portion of the estate to you. Contact the Bar Association to nudge your attorney into action.
