craigslist or maybe you can post something at your local college/university. If you have the pennysaver around, then you can do it there. Some newspapers are free as well.

A boat for SALE for Free? You mean to give a boat away? If that is what you are asking yes, you can either go to www.craigslist.com or to Freecycle.com
Both are good sites. On Freecycle you need to join and look for a city close to you.

Pick your city, then go to the left of the screen under "craigslist" icon and click on "post to classifieds" and enjoy. I have bought atleast 5 cars, and numerous things on this site it isn't a dead beat site, so post and good luck with your sale.
