For inquiring minds, why is that these men that are claiming to be the father of her daughter aren't trying to get a DNA test done to see who is and who isn't? It makes me sick that people want to get on tv and make all of these allegations and such? The poor woman can't be laid to rest because of all the unnecessary drama that is happening. Her family has suffered and is still suffering. What are your thoughts about that?

I mean, you would just want to plan the funeral and get it over with right? Right. Why can't they just let her rest and go on and the police should do some investigation too.

I am not sure that Howard K Stern has ever claimed to be the biological father. Larry Birkhead has been trying since before her death to get a DNA test done which makes me believe he has the most sincere intentions towards the baby.
Howard stated on the stand that he has no other income, he was totally supported by ANS and I am sure that is why he is fighting to keep control of the baby and her estate.
Virgie is just a greedy, money hungry ***** who happened to give birth to ANS. Immediately after her death, she had nothing good to say about her and now she plays the grieving mother to a daughter who despised her and wanted nothing to do with her for the last ten years.
Her last ditch appeal before the funeral in the Bahamas was ridiculous, that country is making a ton of money off the publicity and are going to keep as much control as they can for as long as they can.
The court is expected to issue an order for DNA testing today, hopefully we will find the baby's real father.
The fight over the estate will be years however.

I think it is a shame to have all of this drama within her life and now after her life is gone.
Personally I think that Howard Stern is NOT the father. I think he loved Anna and wanted the baby to be his but I do believe the other guy is the father. He has seemed to push it for legimate reasons but I do think that cash pot is a good reason to push it. And Virgie, her mother, whom she had nothing to do with for years now comes back and wants to play the doating mother because of the cash pot for her granddaughter also. I pray Dannielynn gets a good guardian to raise her in a good and nuturing enviroment but with those clowns in the circle, she may be up the creek. I think everyone is out for the cash. Just MHO...

I think that they should let the women rest in peace with her son and the baby should go to the father with a hold on the money so it can't be touched for so many years. They want the baby cuz they want the money and its sad. Its all about the money.

i think of that no count what, this harmless little toddler might desire to be the 1st problem of all in touch events. they might desire to order the DNA try to locate out the real father removing the different jerk from the fiasco. Then i think of the grandmother of the toddler might desire to takethe organic and organic dad to courtroom and benefit all parental rights to the newborn because of fact no count what it form of feels all the two guy is fascinated in is the $$$$$$$ anyhow!

Howard killed them both he gave her shrooms when she was pregnant hoping the child would be mental so he could have control of her cash he knows she'll get. As for Larry he needs to stay away from Howard because he has a plan for him to.

well the same person that killed her killed her son too. they had it all planned out, and they only wanted the money. the killed the son first becuase with him out of the picture, anna would be depressed. then she was on drugs....overdosed just like her son.
