I was asked to buy a heater by every1 here.But how much will one cost.Also mention the price and technology of new kind of filtres like HOB or canister filter.All price should be in "ndian National Rupees(INR).Pls use any currency converter or calculate it.

They vary in price based on manufacturer. Just make sure you get one that has enough wattage. General rule of thumb is a minimum of 3 watts per gallon and preferably 5 watts per gallon.
HOB filters are cheaper but don't do as good a job (IMO) as canister filters. The also range in price as you would expect. Canisters are more expensive than HOBs. Once again,, make sure what you get will do the job. It should process the water a minimum of 5 times per hour so for a 30 gallon tank you would need a filter rated at least 150 gallons per hour. And over-filtering is always better and will help especially if you are overstocked.

I've heard that MarineLand sells good aquarium heaters. I bought mine for $36 from Petsmart and it's for my 55 gallon. I haven't had a problem with it yet (just getting it to stay suctioned to the glass). My tank stays at a pretty constant 78 degrees F without the heater.

A fish heater, price would depend on the size that you'll buy. but it can run about $3.99 usd to $45.99 usd
