Both neo-cons and ultra-libs take away rights. Whether it's the ultra-lib's love of taking away the right to freedom of religion (they would abolish religion), right to own firearms (they would take all these away except for their own), or right to keep your own money (they like to "re-distribute" the wealth, except for their own wealth).
Conversely, the neo-cons like to take away the right to free speech (can't say anything bad about our government or you're not a patriot) or the right to a fair trial.
Together, we should have all our rights taken away in about 50 years although I fear the ultra-libs more since without firearms, we'll never be able to overthrow the oppressive government and take back our freedoms.

If martial regulation have been the objective, while is this conspiracy meant to be applied? it rather is now 12 months 7 of in elementary terms 8 years for the neo-con in chief. does no longer 9/11/01 have been a greater suited date to impose martial regulation? Who might have adversarial it? If the neo-cons hatched 9/11, why weren't they poised to pounce while their plan succeeded? Why wait till the Demagogues are on top of problems with Congress ( and the militia funds) to make their flow? Why do your conspiracy theories incorporate the coolest judgment of a sluggish-witted baby? Oh, yeah, you're a liberal, forget approximately concerning the final question...

Not all do, just some of the more fanatic ones.
It's because they don't want people doing things they don't like.
And if a right (protected conduct) allows people to do things that someone else doesn't approve, then removing that protection would allow the offended party to try and get a law passed to stop it.
It's an unfortunately side-effect of the basic (and valid) conservative goal of stability and conformity. Some take that to the extreme, by opposing anything that they don't like.

What rights are they trying to take away? Please be specific. I haven't seen anything that would make me worry, of course I don't call terrorist countries nor am I a member of any organisation that has denounced the US..If you think that travel without a passport to another country was a right, you really are confused about the difference between a right and a priveledge.

because giving the power to the people is taking the power away from the neo-cons...
take away the rights, take away the power....
It also ensures that they cannot be removed from power if you have not power to remove them (ie..the vote)..

Not all rights. They want us to fight to the bitter end for Iraqi freedoms. They just hate American freedoms and the US Constitution, and they can't stand the Bill of Rights.

Because of their fake morality, and that blank check they gave Dick Cheney after 9-11, allowing him and his posse of criminals to run roughshod over our civil liberties, turning our Constitution and Bill of Rights into nothing more than a roll of toilet paper

We support rights. Real ones. Not ones that include: animals, fill in the blank marriage, abortion, etc.
