If people realized how pleasant a world without "diversity" could be, it would sink half the liberal agenda.

Of course, "diversity" in itself is a misnomer; I live in a primarily white city, and there is plenty of diversity. Much more so than when I lived in a racially mixed area.

Among my white neighbors are shop owners, professors, musicians, computer programmers, accountants, cops, ex-service people, and so on. Tons of diversity.

There is nothing wrong with white people, and there is nothing wrong with men. I'm both of those things.

Aren't you the least bit curious about how other people live and view the world? I'd like to learn more about everything in the world, and the only way that I can do that is by meeting, talking, and listening to different types of people. I don't care what race or religion or gender they might be.

Now, I'm not advocating any sort of political agenda here (like affirmative action). I'm just wondering why you would want to limit your exposure to people and environments that you might learn from. You seem like a thinking person who is interested in learning, so I truly don't understand...

I'm in no way liberal, but a world without diversity would not be the world God created. He intended for us to all be different races, cultures. I am white, but I have friends of all races, colors. Now, as far as religion goes, that is all man-made. The 'name' of the church is not so important as the relationship with God. And I'm a born-again pentecostal. (Bet ya didn't expect to hear THAT from me!)
