but - he had a vascetomy about 3 years ago. He has two children from a previous marriage. What are our options? I am good to go - no problems with me. Is there any chance I will have a baby of my own???

If he really wants kids, look into getting a vasectomy reversal. My husband had one done last fall. He's now good to go and we are working on the baby making. His cost about $2,000. I've seen up to around $5,000 with live sperm guaranteed, so it depends on what ya'll want and can afford. Have him go talk to his doctor and ask for a referral.

Vasectomy is very difficult to reverse with a very little success rate but it can be done and its worth all the try. Babies are good for the family, they are the fruits of your love for each other, they will your joy and inspiration, a reason of being a woman, of being a mother. Go for it.
Depending upon which country you are living, then the success rate will also vary. In the US which vasectomy reversal is done quite successfully compared to other countries could also cost a lot. But if this could be covered by an insurance then maybe your copayment will be lesser.
Irregardless of the cost, go for it you deserve it because you are young, and you want it. But if it would not be possible you could still be a mother to someone even not from your own. You can try adoption or just be the mother of your stepchildren.

Vasectomy reversals are not 100% but it the only way if you want a baby. I would wait and enjoy your life, I had my son at 22 and it is hard work, my social life if non existent at the minute and hes 19 mths old. If you want to be a parent make sure you are ready and put everything into it, dont be one of those who is a part time parent handing them off to other people so you can still go out sll the time. your children come first before yourself.

Now not to your question ...but I just wanna say that I am 19 as well ...and have been married for allmost 2 years ...and now over 6 weeks pregnant. if you feel you are ready, then don't listen to others that you are too young!! Best of Luck with your husbands situation there...!

You could try a reverse vasectomy - sometimes the do work - or you could try in-vitro - best to just wait a few years - 19 is awfully young to be saddled with kids.

the only way is to reverse it. i dont think you would be able to get pregnant if you dont. and that chick who asked if she was too young.....thats none of your business. if shes ready thats her choice. at least shes not 15 or 16. if youre married and are happy together i say go for it. and good luck.

Vasectomies are reversible.

However, aren't you a little young (actually a lot young) to be married and having a baby??

Please think about this thoroughly and make sure you are ready for a huge responsiblity that will change your life forever.
