I'm a project leader & responsible for 10 staffs. I've to do some projects on group by group.
I've faced with some selfish people. Some want to depend totally upon me, some are jealous, some are good helpers & some are not working, interrupters to others & me. So, let me know how can overcome from their unlimitted pressure?

You're the leader. Just tell these people how it's gonna be, and that's because you have been put in the postiion to decide. Take charge! No need to be mean about it, either. You can communicate this in a professional and respectful way, which will get a better response than just bullying them.

Well your job is a pressure job and you can't get away from that unfortunately. Maybe your in the wrong job? Anyway if you insist on staying in this horrible job you need to learn to communicate your feelings with those who are upsetting you. Tell them what you need from them. Talk to them one on one if necessary. Be polite but firm on your explanation to them. Closing your eyes and slow breathing for two or three minutes in through your nose and out through your mouth will let you feel relaxed and calm and you would find it a great help to do this two or three times a day. People don't get money from working so your job won't make you rich it's just pocket money to pay a bunch of terrible bills. best wishes.

The question of the ages....how to get a group of more than (1) to get along and cooperate. Tell the people that depend on you to figure it out for themselves. Tell the interrupters to wait their turn. Tell the non-workers to get busy. As a leader you are going to run into this all the time..."boss problems". Lead your people to independence....that is a good leader.

Well there are many options here:
1)Meditation or yoga tapes or classes
2)Talk to a counselor or psychologist to vent
3)Tell everyone exactly how you feel, that alone can take a load off
4)Lastly, seek psychiatric help if all else fails, there are therapies and medications out there to help alleviate pressure
5)You could also see a nutririonalist and look into herbal therapies, good luck, pressures are tough, i know, hope this helps:)
