periods were al over the place lasted for over a year periods more regular now and mood swings not as bad contiue to have hot flushes did anybody suffer like this after coming of pill had my hormones checked doc said they were fine im 37, dont know if it was side effects of coming of pill after 16 years on it or something else. Frustrated going to doctor and not getting answer. does anybody have any ideas

Even though you are only 37 you could be having menopausal symtoms. I had to go through forced menopause at your age due to a hysterectomy. For a while I took the prescribed medication, but found natural alternatives much safer.
