I think the way the story is going, that more than likely Naruto and Sakura will be together. If you watch Naruto Shippunden, you would see that in the chapter where he and Sakura had to face off with Kakashi, how close they are getting. I think Sasuke and Hinata would be an awesome couple because: One, they both have in common that their powers are intensified through their eyes. Two, Sasuke lacks sensitivity and compassion whereas Hinata is a very sensitive and compassionate person that I feel could help Sasuke come to terms with the pain he is carrying around. Three, Hinata lacks confidence and is very soft spoken where Sasuke could teach her how to be more confident or she can depend on him to be her rock and Four, If they have children, their children's power would be amazing!

So far, in both the anime, and the manga [which is way ahead of the anime] Sasuke and Sakura do not fall in love. There has been no indication that Sasuke has any romantic interestin Sakura.
Plus, we have to keep in mind that Sasuke is a one track minded person, who has been bent on streingth and defeating his brother. He dosen't really care much for simple things, such as romance, so it would be hard to get someone like that to be interested in that.
Therefore, it hasn't appeared in either of the storylines yet.

From what i've seen in the newer episodes, it looks as though Sakura and Naruto will get together....the two have gotten a lot closer, and even the adults seem to hint toward those two getting together
but with Sasuke? that seems unclear. There's still the whole love thing btw Hinata and Naruto (though it seems more one sided on Hinata's part)
I just hope Sasuke doesn't die! i really don't care if that means he has to stay single!!

[Spoilers from the Japanese manga, which is ahead of the English manga, anime, and Japanese anime]
So far, Sasuke and Sakura have not fallen in love yet. Sasuke is still obsessed with obtaining power and isn't willing to be distracted by trifles like relationships. For now, Sasuke is only working towards killing Itachi, and nothing more.
