my mp3 keeps turning off by its self i have changed the batteries so i know its not that any advice i will be grateful thanks

Try the manufacturers web site for known issues or fixes, or do a web search for the same. it might be a common problem that's easy to fix.
I cant tell you much more without a brand name and model number.

You will get little help on this because you didn't tell us the name brand, that is very IMPORTANT. Anyway try resetting it and tell us the name of it?
