Every president ages markedly while in office, and some worse than others. Look at pictures of any of them when they were inaugurated, and compare to photos taken the day they left. Even Kennedy, who was young and was not in office long, aged some. Reagan maybe did so less than the others, but he was old already when he got there.
Why anyone would want the job I'll never know.
