The pictures are not real clear.

I'd go with a Painted turtle, or Red-bellied turtle as a guess.

It does not look at all like a box turtle, its shell is wrong, from the top it looks like a snapping turtle, but the plastron (lower shell) looks completly wrong, (a better picture would help). I need more imformation to definatly identify it, like the number of shoots, and a btter picture of the plastron. Is the plaston relativly small, or does it cover the entir bottom (I can't tell from the picture) , if it is small, then it is a snapping turtle if it is large, then it is not a snapping turtle.

looks like a red belly slider to me or maybe a mud turtle

I think it's a red belly a better pic would help, like a pic of the face and a better pic of shell and belly.

Could be a snapper but does not look completely like one.Maybe a musk turtle.
