How do I download music from Myspace? Or can I? Is it free? There's some songs that I like that I want to burn to a CD that I dont have the albums the songs are on nor do I want to buy them b/c I just want one or two songs from it. Where is the best place for free country music downloads if I cant get it free from Myspace?

U cant get it from myspace, but a good place to go for free music downloads with a huge selection of all diffrent kinds of tunes, try www.limewire.com then click download, then say GET BASIC not pro, because that one there costs money. after u said get basic you will see near the bottom of the screen, a bunch of diffrent things, click "windows(recomende)" then just save it.

Some artists allow the download option on their MySpace page. If you find their page, look at their player section--it's typically in the upper right section of their page. If an artist allowed a particular song to be downloadable, the 'download' link will be an active link (as opposed to being 'greyed back' and inactive). *I think the mainstream artists pretty much don't allow you to download their songs, but you should check out some lesser known artists--they can have just as good music and sometimes allow free downloads because they want to get their name out there. Also, some bands may offer free downloads by other methods--one of the bands I'm 'friends' with on MySpace offers free downloads via their official website, but they notify their friends of the freebies via bulletins on MySpace.
*Oh, and if you're using a Mac, there are known bugs with the download link not working properly, so I recommend using a Windows-based computer for trying MySpace downloads.

I don't think you can download songs from Myspace, the way you're describing. Just use Limewire. It's free.

well go to music type in the artist nd click on the 1st mysapce on there. on the rite will b a list of songs.theses songs u can put on ur myspace page.yes u can download them but there rarely availbe for ppl to download.it u c add or download in black then that mean suc an download it if its gray then u cant.u could try seekasong.com,mp3000.net or just google it by typin in da name of the song nd the artist or limewire.

I think that the songs you can download on Myspace aren't full length. for free downloads try shareaza. www.shareaza.com

Go to the artist's site. Some will have download located in the player. Otherwise you're SOL unless you use Limewire.
