My boyfriend Pat asked me on Friday to marry him like a jokein kind of way. I just got my class ring and all in the little black case you know and he came down and he got on one knee and purposed to me. I love him. But is this real? I said no lol but i realy want to. I'm always with him. I always hang on him and kiss him. he always stays ver but what happens when he goes to college in the fall? Will i still love him?

You could very well grow apart when he goes to college. Or your love could stay very strong & survive the distance between you.
And as the saying goes, if you have to ask if you love him then you probably aren't truly in love.

Hanging on him & kissing him doesn't mean you love him. Love is so much deeper than that, sounds like your not mature enough to get married. Keep dating & see what happens to the relationship after he goes off to college.

Tell him that you want to wait until after college, and that you should just hold onto the relationship you have right now, before going into a serious one.
Like others said, talk to him about it and ask him what his plans and thoughts are.

You have to define love. My definition is wanting the other person to happy. You may have a different one. An accurate definition will put the emphasis on that person. If your definition says something about how you feel when your around him, it's lust and it will fade if he's gone long enough.

don't even go there with the whole marriage thing. he is getting ready to go to college and you aren't right?.....i have rarely seen these types of relationships last past the freshman year of college. you shouldn't get married until you are both out of school (college or otherwise).

I can't tell you weather or not you still love your boyfriend. Maybe you can wait till he leaves for college to see if you still feel the same way then take that next step if you're ready.

Love isnt a MAYBE thing.
You KNOW when you love someone.
Honestly if you have to ask Im going to say no, you dont really love him. I dont doubt that you care about him deeply, but I dont think you love him.
