ok i just feel like i am pregnant and i have some symptoms that i dont normally have when i get my period (which is due tomorrow) i have taken 4 tests so far the first was negative and the other 3 have faint lines the first i am not sure when the line showed up because i did not think the test was working and left after 2 minutes then i came back later on and there was a faint but noticable line and i was not going to consider it a positive so i decided it was probably an evap line it was with a cvs brand and then i took another and there is also a faint line on that but it is hard to see and the last test i took was a first response and i am embarrased to say i was not looking at it in good lighting when i was trying to read it i took that one at like 11:30 last night and when i looked this morning it also had a fiant line i do plan on waiting until a day or so after i miss my period to test ine last time myself before seeing a doctor but do you think they are positive or evap lines?

the first two were blue dye tests and they were both blue lines and the other was a pink dye test and that line was pink no grey lines

The lines on my test for a positive result were very faint even after testing 3 times. I called the doctor and he said if there is a line there you are pregnant. I went to the doctor later this month and he gave me a test and on there's the lines were also faint. But I had an ultra sound to see how far along I am and there is a baby in there! Call your doctor and get his opinon and find out for sure. Good Luck!!

Evap lines usually show after 10-20 minutes, that's why the instructions say to not read the results after so long. If I were you I would buy a digital home pregnancy test (the ones that say pregnant or not pregnant) so you dont worry about evap lines. Also since your period is due tomorrow, I would wait a couple of more days to retake a test (if it doesnt come). Goodluck

A faint line is a positive result, it just means you are really early. I bet in a few days the line will be much darker. My first test was a week before my period was due and it was so faint you had to squint at it. I took 6 test in total and lined them up so you could see the line get darker each day.

Did the lines show up within 10 minutes? If so, then a line is a line no matter how faint it is. Congrats! Sounds like you are pregnant! You can buy a digital test to reassure yourself. Check out www.peeonastick.com for a bunch of pictures of different tests. Good luck!

Was the line colored or gray/white? If it was colored, it's probably a positive, since the only thing that can activate the color is hcg is your urine. However, sounds like you looked after the time limit. Why don't you take a clearblue easy digital test? They are accurate 5 days before your missed period, and they take the guesswork out of it. I got a positive result on itthe same day as a reallllllllly faint line on first response. Good luck!
