I'm really stuck, i've looked on the blackberry website for help and through the booklet that came when i bought the phone but whenever i try to set up the internet it says the server is not responding, can anyone help me?

I'v been on to the T-Mobile website but to get the network settings you have to put in the make of your phone, but T-Mobile don't have my phone as its not a popular make. Does anyone know of any other ways of getting the network settings from T-Mobile?

you could phone your network provider for the settings or try their website for the settings

The phone should have been already setup. Try going to your network provider and they should be able to send you the settings over the air.
Or if you go to www.whatmobile.net/forum you should get the network settings on there.
