Hideable is the correct spelling. (As a side issue, it sounds a bit clumsy. Concealable would be a better word to use).

I think "hideable" sounds better than "hidable", but it still sounds suspiciously not like a word.

Niether. The phone could easily be hidden under the pillow. Now, in informal writing you could use a made up word if you use a hyphen. In order to make the phone more hide-able we painted it to match the pillow.

Neither, it's not a word. 'Concealable' would be ok.
