Buffering actually tries to stop it jumping so much by dowloading the next bit ready so that it supposedly streams seamlessly.

In reality, it's difficult to stream without jumping as often many people are wathcing the same thing or overlodaing the website so the bandwidth is limited and the connection stop for a second or two.

Buffering refers to your Internet connection speed.
A video online will buffer prior to playing to try and create a seamless and smooth viewing.

The result of buffering is that the video is loading as you watch it so that the media should not stop.

There is nothing wrong - you have not broken anything.

Buffering = Preloading. If no buffering the video is laggy!

Pause video and wait the preload to complete all or 50% then press play

Buffering is preloading the video. the reason it keeps stopping is its playing quicker than its downloading. It may be due to a slow connection or a slow server.

Standard definition for Buffering:
"process of downloading and storing the data in a temporary storage format in order to present it in a full form".

This occurs if your internet connection is slow and it takes time to download data. Therefore, its a matter of wait and see in your case.

You have nothing wrong with this matter concerned. Give time to download and then you could view or listen the presentation.
